Founding Engineer - Full Stack

Role Description

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer (full-stack, with more gravitation towards front), located in Stockholm. The role involves developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, designing robust and scalable software architecture, coding, testing, and debugging software.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Data Science and AI/ML, and GTM to build the best possible solutions and products and report to our CPTO.

Your Qualifications

• Strong foundations in Computer Science and an eye for world-class UX-driven design

• Understanding in Back-End Web Development and Software Engineering (SWE)

• Expertise in Programming languages and development frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus

• Experience and interest in AI enablements/productivity, agentic workflows

Cultural fit

Team player spirit, curiosity for new areas, the ability to gain new skills, and a love for data/AI helps. We mainly work on-site for quick communication flow, but remote work can work to some degree.

We are looking for commitment, ownership and agency, hence prefer full-time employment over consulting-assignments for this role
