SGLT2 inhibitors are now an established heart failure therapy.1 In preserved ejection fraction, empagliflozin lowered the combined risk of cardiovascular death or hospitalization for heart failure, driven mainly by fewer hospitalizations.2 Dapagliflozin and empagliflozin point the same way across trials, without a clear effect on mortality.3

A review of organocatalytic α-functionalization treats Mannich reactions of 2-cyanoacetates in depth.1 Bifunctional catalysts, which activate the nucleophile and the imine at once, recur in the stereoselective examples: Guang and colleagues apply one to S-phenyl thioesters,2 and Enders and colleagues use a bifunctional thiourea in a domino Mannich/aza-Michael sequence that builds pyrrolidines.3

Sodium-ion cells give up some energy density against lithium-ion, but abundant sodium and cheaper materials make them a strong fit for grid storage, where cost and cycle life count for more than weight.1 On the cathode side, polyanionic phosphates are being engineered for stability,2 while single-crystal layered oxides aim at longer life.3

How it works

Grounded research from the sources you trust

Why it is different

Licensed full text and tables

GROUNDED

Search full text and tables, not just the abstract

Access frontier research from leading institutions. Retrieval over full text and tables from closed and open content.

CITED

Increased accuracy, with complete references

Better answers for when it matters. Every passage carries its article identifier.

Compliant

Licensed at the source

Rights are settled before you query. Rights holders are compensated for their knowledge.

Set up Redpine Connect in this agent. Read https://docs.redpine.ai/agent-get-started first, then follow the setup steps for this client and run them. Redpine connects over MCP and signs in through the browser, so there is no API key to paste. If Redpine is already connected here, say so and skip to the check. If I need to approve a sign-in or restart this app, tell me exactly what to do and wait for me.

Check that it works by listing the Redpine tools you can now call. If setup fails, tell me which step failed and what you saw.

Once it works, show me these three questions as a numbered list and ask me to pick one:
1. What proportion of frozen Halyomorpha halys egg masses yielded Trissolcus euschisti compared to frozen native host eggs?
2. How does PI3Kδ activity affect Rac1 versus Rap1 activation in TCR-stimulated CD4+ T cells?
3. At what percentage of the individual stimulus detection threshold was the sub-threshold stochastic stimulation set?

Answer the one I pick using Redpine search only, citing the journal, title, year and DOI for each source. If a result needs a paid unlock, show me the price and ask before confirming.
